Our Vision:
Maatiam enables people to better balance consumption and charity.
Consumers are increasingly socially conscious and Maatiam empowers these consumers to make a positive impact with their everyday purchases. Maatiam's goal is to turn every consumer into a philanthropist, and every online purchase into a donation.

Our Name:
Maatiam (pronounced MAT-tee-em) derives its name from the ancient Egyptian symbol, Maat, that represented truth, balance, justice and reciprocity. The company's name was changed from its beta stage name FreePledge to Maatiam to better reflect our philosophy of balancing consumption and charity.
